Experienced Product Engineers Now on Staff
Those familiar with the grinding wheel industry are well aware of the importance of a controlled, well supervised, documented wheel test; monitored by an experienced individual capable of reacting to any deviation that may impact the results. All the resources expended to prepare for a meaningful test can be compromised if the trial is not administered properly. Also, with cost and time restraints, manufacturers are not always able to devote the resources necessary to conduct a viable test.

Radiac is addressing this need with the formation of a new RPE (Regional Product Engineer) team. We've contracted several experienced abrasive specialists who will oversee major test opportunities in the most strategic geographical locations.  These seasoned professionals have the necessary skills to collect data, troubleshoot, recommend grinding parameters, and summarize conclusions. Results will be coordinated with your local Radiac representative to assure proper documentation, interpretation, and follow up.  

The RPE team has been formed to assist Radiac and our customers to maximize abrasive grinding operations at a time when existing technical resources throughout the industry are stretched thin.  Radiac's goal is to maximize all testing opportunities and avoid precious time and resources wasted on incomplete or mismanaged trial opportunities.
